Check-in time is anytime after 4 pm. Check-out time is anytime before 11 am. If you are interested in arranging for a later check-out time or extending your stay please contact the Front Desk prior to 11 am. (Subject to availability and additional charges may apply)

Complimentary Coffee Service
Coffee service is available in the lobby area daily from 7 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 6 pm. (Hours subject to change without notice).

Do Not Disturb Policy
We honour the “Do Not Disturb” signs until check-out time on the day of check-out. The Housekeeping department will check on the room of someone staying over until the end of their shift. If the sign is still on the door, they will note the room on their daily reports. For safety purposes, each guest must be checked on at least once a day during a 48 hour period. Our Manager-On-Duty must verify the time of check-in, and, if the 48 hour period has passed, must call the guest. If there is no answer, the Manager On-Duty must enter and visually inspect the guest room.

Emergency Evacuations
Evacuation instructions are located on the back of your guest room door as well as posted at all elevators doors.

Environmental Protection
This hotel has taken significant steps to protect the environment. Strong environmental programs, best management practices, training programs, and engineering solutions have been implemented which have benefited the environment and the local community.

Fitness Centre
Located directly across from the pool entrance, and is available to use by our guests complimentary. Hours of operation are from 7 am to 11 pm daily. Proper fitness attire and footwear are required at all times. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted within the fitness room at any time. Due to unsupervised children accessing the fitness centre, access key cards must now be obtained from the Front Desk.

Heating & Air Conditioner
Each room is equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling units, please set the thermostat to your desired preference. Recommended setting is between 71 degrees to 74 degrees for all seasons.

Housekeeping Services
Guestrooms are serviced between 8:30 am & 4:00 pm.

Please be advised that as an eco-friendly hotel we no longer offer Daily Housekeeping services for stays of two nights or less however we will continue to provide daily garbage removal from all guestrooms for the duration of your stay.  For hotel stays exceeding two nights, guestrooms will only be fully cleaned and serviced upon request of the guest for the 3rd day of your stay. Daily housekeeping services may still be provided upon request only at an additional charge of $24.95 per cleaning and will be automatically applied to your bill upon check-out. Additional items such as toiletries, bathroom tissue, coffee, etc. are complimentary and are readily available by contacting the Front Desk (Dial “0”) and will be delivered to your guestroom. Requested items such as fresh bed linens and towels will only be exchanged so please ensure any soiled items are left outside the door in the laundry bag provided otherwise replacement linens and towels will not be provided. (Guest must be within the room to accept these items)

In-Room Safes
Use of in-room safes are complimentary. Please follow the directions on the safe carefully for proper usage. Upon checking out please ensure that your safe is left open to avoid any additional charges being applied to your account.

Internet (Guest Room)
Wireless internet services are available in all guest rooms and common areas of the hotel complimentary. The service requires verification to access the network. Charges may apply depending on the level of service selected.

Internet Kiosk
Computer and Internet services are available complimentary in the main Hotel Lobby.

Laundry Facilities
Self-service coin-operated facilities are located on the first floor nearest the “B Entrance” next to the vending machines. Laundry soap and softeners are available for purchase from a coin-operated dispenser.

Noise Regulations
To ensure an enjoyable stay for all of our guests, the hotel enforces a QUIET TIME Policy between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am including hallways and common areas. We realise some of our guests are trying to have fun at night, but we must ensure a safe and quiet atmosphere for all other guests who are trying to rest. Failure to observe this policy may result in additional charges being added to your bill as well as possible eviction from the property.

Pet Policies
Pets are Not Permitted at this property other than service animals with supporting documentation. Failure to notify the hotel at check-in of bringing a pet on the property will result in eviction from the property and a surcharge being added to your hotel bill.

Pools, Whirlpool and Dry Sauna
Our recreation facilities are located on the first-floor level. Hours of operation are: 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Towels are provided at the pool area for your convenience and are not to be removed from the pool area. (Outdoor pool is seasonal & subject to weather conditions) Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Hotel key cards are required to gain access to the pool area. Food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area at any time. Glass containers are absolutely not permitted.

Safety Tips

Key Cards
Safeguard your room key at all times. Be sure to leave it with the Front Desk upon check-out or in the guestroom upon departure. Do not give your keys to others and do not dispose of them in trash cans within the property.

Entrances
When returning to the hotel late in the evening, please use the main entrance of the hotel as the “B” entrance will not permit guest entry past midnight.

Parking
Always secure your vehicle and ensure that there are no valuables that are left within the vehicle or in open sight. If you notice any suspicious activities please notify the Front Desk or the police immediately. Also, check your vehicle from the outside prior to entering to ensure that there are no persons within the vehicle.

Traveler Safety Tips

  1. Don’t answer the door in a hotel room without verifying who is there. If a person claims to be an employee, call the front desk and ask if someone from their staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.
  2. When returning to your hotel late in the evening, use the main entrance of the hotel. Be observant and look around before entering parking lots, and before leaving your vehicle.
  3. Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all of the locking devices provided.
  4. Do not needlessly display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables, at the swimming pool, or other places where they might be stolen.
  5. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewellery.
  6. Do not invite strangers in your room for any reason.
  7. Place all valuables in the guestroom safes.
  8. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
  9. Check to see that any sliding glass doors or windows and any connecting room doors are locked.
  10. If you are travelling with children, provide adult supervision and know their whereabouts at all times.
  11. If you see any suspicious activity, please report your observations to the management.

IN CASE OF FIRE
IF YOU DISCOVER A FIRE

  1. Leave the area closing doors to contain the fire.
  2. Activate the fire alarm system using the closest fire alarm pull station.
  3. Telephone the Front Desk and advise them of the fire location.
  4. Evacuate using the closest exit or exit staircase.
  5. In no case should elevators be used.
    IF YOU HEAR THE BUILDING FIRE ALARM
    ALERT SIGNAL (slow pulse tone)
  6. Stand by for instructions and prepare to evacuate.
    ALARM SIGNAL (3 pulse tone)
  7. Leave the building using the closest exit or exit staircase. Take your room key with you.
  8. Before opening your suite door, test the door and knob for heat.
  9. If the door is hot, remain in your suite.
  10. If the door is cool, open it slightly and check the corridor for smoke. If the corridor is filled with smoke, remain in your suite. If the corridor is clear, proceed to the closest exit Staircase. If you find the staircase impassable, try an alternate exit. If all exits are impassable, return to your suite.
  11. In no case should elevators be used.
  12. If you must remain in your suite, seal the door with damp towels or sheets.
    Telephone the Front Desk and advise them of your location.
  13. If the smoke enters the suite, proceed to the window and signal the Fire
    Department of your location using a towel or sheet.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE HOTEL

Cooking and heat-producing appliances are not permitted within guest rooms
